‘Georgia Southern University has been named to the Princeton Review’s Guide to 322 Green Colleges’-Princeton Review
Georgia Southern University has been recognized multiple times for its beauty and cleanliness for a college campus. Attending a university with an attractive campus will help it continue to appeal to future students with its welcoming atmosphere, contribute to cultivating relationships, as well as provide an area for one to simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. Studies show that nature can help you feel more alive!
Have you ever thought about WHO keeps the campus this beautiful? Of course we have an amazing grounds crew, but the responsibility is everyone’s. While Georgia Southern is giving a lot to us, we should think of ways to give back to it. One way to do that is to join in the clean up efforts. June’s Wellness Wednesday activity is a perfect fit for meeting new people, protecting the beauty of our campus, and earning those ever important volunteer hours at the same time. Wednesday, June 26, 2-4pm YOU can help in tidying up the campus in order to help our campus keep its title. Meet at the rotunda, wear comfortable clothes, and we’ll provide the rest (gloves, water, GIVEWAYS, etc.) What better way to show your school pride and take ownership than showing your love for our campus!?
