Whether you want a more chill and laid back class such as yoga, or an upbeat, high intensity class such as Zumba or Spin, there is something for everyone.
Since summertime is full of beach-going, pool hopping, and stressful summer classes, Group Fit is an awesome way to get in shape and relieve some stress all at once. Classes are taught by nationally certified instructors and are able to answer any questions you may have as well as teach the proper movements. Because the classes each have different modifiable levels, beginners, experts, and everyone in between is encouraged to try them out.
