CPR and AED training are great skills to have knowledge of, even if they don’t have to be used. For only $35, come learn how to perform ventilations, chest compressions, provide care to an individual who is choking, and more. With successful completion of the course, you will obtain an American Red Cross CPR Adult, Child, & Infant with AED certification valid for two whole years! Join us on February 9th in the Aquatics classroom from 5pm-9pm for this amazing opportunity!

Graduate school can be exciting, but extremely stressful at the same time. During the Graduate School Self-Care Workshop presented by student-therapists from the Georgia Southern Psychology Clinic and members of the University Wellness Program, grad students will become aware of resources for self-care and learn how to develop a self-care plan. This event will take place in Russell Union 2041 at 7pm.
Wellness Week is jam-packed with great events, allowing students to have fun and learn about the importance of the seven dimensions of wellness simultaneously. Let’s “Be Whale, Do Whale” and have a great time during Wellness Week 2016!
